* Well versed with the local area.
* Ensuring that the channel gets news / pictures first on air.
* Work in close coordination with the representative assigned by the channel.
* Delivering breaking news and exclusives and Ensuring high editorial integrity.

* Domain Knowledge of the subject matter.
