Weapon7 has hired Nisha Mandalia, former senior project manager at the AAR, to bolster its business development function.
Mandalia will report into Weapon7 chief strategy officer Mark Brown. In the newly created role as business development manager she will have with afocus on Weapon7’s new business and marketing initiatives.
As senior project manager at the AAR she was responsible for assisting the managing of agency and client relationships, agency search and selection processes, along with event planning.
Mark Brown said: “Nisha brings a wealth of experience to the Weapon7 team at an important time in our development. With Nisha onboard and an increasing number of clients more looking for Brand Participation, we are anticipating an exciting ride.”
Adds Mandalia: “After six wonderful years at the AAR, I’m delighted to be joining Weapon7. I’m looking forward to managing the business development side of the business and assist the management team to bolster the agency brand and positioning for Weapon7”
