Reliance Broadcast Network Limited which recently announced its integrated sales team BIG Connect, has announced the appointment of Ashish Rathi as the City Sales Head, Mumbai, BIG Connect.
With a sound sales background, Ashish Rathi who is well known in industry circles for developing key business units and making them commercially successful will in his new role be responsible for growing revenues across RBNL’s businesses of BIG Live, BIG Street, BIG FaM and BIG Digital. In his new role, Ashish will work with Mr. Pankaj Chandra – Vice President, National Sales and lead the sales mandate for one of the most key markets.
A Post Graduate in Business Administration Marketing & Finance from the prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and an M.Com from Jainarain Vyas University, Ashish began his professional journey as a Business Development Executive with Aptech Computer Education following it up with a two-year stint in sales at Shaw Wallace. In 2004, he joined ICICI Bank as their Area Sales Manager where he successfully worked on the corporate salary accounts business for the bank, quickly growing to the post of the National Sales Manager in less than 6 years.
With consumers today becoming a challenge to keep up with, given the multiple media choices available, Ashish in his role at Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, will be reaching out to marketers through engaging ideas and multiple touch points through the power of consumer centric integrated media solutions.
