Raghu Iyer has joined Emerging Media as its Chief Marketing Officer and will focus on building the Emerging Media brand as a leading content provider focused on catering to the fast growing Indian TV market. He brings with him vast multi-industry experience; his last assignment being Director Advertising Sales for Discovery Channel.

I am especially excited about “Cricket Star”the unique cricket “talent hunt” concept recently acquired by Emerging Media which is has generated interest across the globe” Raghu saIyer said.
Emerging Media (EM) is a media property development business, which launched its first property Cricket Star in early 2007 and became the first major simulcast reality show on Doordarshan and the Zee network. It is in the process of launching “Soccer Star” in partnership with Liverpool Football Club and the AIFF, besides developing some exciting entertainment shows to be launched over the next one year.
