Percept H has bagged the creative duties for Integrated Group in a recently concluded multi-agency pitch.
The task for Percept H will be to look after a new offering, which is an innovative property brokering business supported by multiple touch points, to cater to the needs of property seekers in Mumbai city. Percept H will be involved in the entire brand development and communication process.
Integrated Group is a real estate Group based in Mumbai and handles infrastructure projects in Gujarat. Kanti Savla, the gentleman behind Integrated is a well known name in TDR and real estate development in Mumbai.
Besides Percept H, JWT, FCB Ulka, O&M, & McCann were also involved in the pitch process. The size of the business for the first year is estimated to be about Rs. 6-10 crores.
