The awards have been instituted by Internet and Mobile Association of India ( IAMAI). The awards were announced at the Lalit Hotel in New Delhi on January 17.
There were more than 200 entries for this single category of award and Olive’s work was selected after a tough screening process that evaluated the entries basis: Content, Structure and Navigation, Visual Design, Functionality, Interactivity and Overall Experience .
“This is a big win for us, especially because the work is for a website for the healthcare industry. The task required us to carefully research each and every aspect. From content to functionality, everything had to be planned meticulously so that the final output turns out to be a user friendly experience. We’re glad we’ve been able to do that for Max Healthcare,” said Siddhant Johri, Head Strategy & Creative, Olive e-Business Pvt. Ltd.
“Health information is emerging as one of the most commonly searched topics online with patients and caregivers seeking quality medical content and ease of interaction from healthcare providers. In line with Max Healthcare’s commitment to service excellence, we commenced our website revamp project to make available credible health information, real-time appointment booking for all Max doctors, and other interactive applications, to customers. The early results, in terms of new and repeat visitors, and the number of appointments booked online, are very heartening. This recognition by an industry body of repute, reaffirms that our efforts are in the right direction ‘ said Anil Vinayak, Director Sales & Marketing, Max Healthcare.”
