Nielsen has announced the launch of a specialist Business Consulting Services group in India.
Nielsen Business Consulting Services will combine qualitative, high-value business consulting with fact-based analytic-driven recommendations to help clients identify and optimize existing and new growth opportunities that drive revenue and profit. This dedicated group will integrate Nielsen’s current services and develop new solutions to address strategic business issues in sales, marketing and innovation.
“Business Consulting Service experts will leverage Nielsen’s existing capabilities to deliver thought leadership to our clients, and partner with them on critical strategic issues,” said Partha Rakshit, Managing Director, The Nielsen Company, South Asia.
In addressing clients’ growth imperatives, Nielsen helps identify the fundamental, category-specific and emerging trends that influence business.

In India, the Business Consulting Services group will be led by Asitava Sen, who has over 18 years of experience in management consulting in consumer and retail industries.
