Zee,Geodesic launch convergence venture

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (GEEPL) has partnered Geodesic to add more revenue from its mobile and online content.

Both the companies have formed a joint venture called ITM Digital .GEEPL will own 60% share in the new venture which will try to penetrate into the the convergence and mobile value added service sector.

Sources said GEEPL has already digitalised much of its content which hardly requires a big investment now.

ITM Digital will launch real time and on delivery entertainment applications for mobiles and internet gadgets.
