Rupert Murdoch Eying Stake in Times of India ?

Rumours are rife that Rupert Murdoch is keen to buy a stake in Times Group , Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL) . A report in televisionpoint said that 'Times of India group led by Sameer Jain, and News Corp. led by Rupert Murdoch are currently negotiating to see how the two can forge a strategic partnership-or even a downright de facto takeover of The Times of India group."

The Times of India, according to the media reports has denied any such deal.
