Launched on September 27,Reffster.com will provide value added resume screening services through its KPO. The KPO is staffed by experienced recruiters who will not only screen each resume but will only forward relevant ones . Reffster will also offer employment history screening service .
'Candidate employment reference check is being provided in association with a third party to make the process more credible. This will ensure quicker turnaround time and lessen burden for the clients' Arjun Yadav said.
Reffster will also offer an innovative platform to employers for corporate branding which will enable HR Heads to upload their information on the website.
