Malaysia:WAN-IFRA, the world association of newspapers and news publishers,has announced the winners of the 9th Asia Media Awards today at its annual gala dinner at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
HT Media limited, publishers of business daily Mint has won gold award under Best in Print category (Circulation between 151,000 – 499,000 copies).Another daily from HT Media, The Hindustan Times bagged bronze award under the same category.
Malayala Manorama Co Ltd's The Week bagged two Gold awards under Best in Design Award Magazine Cover Design and Best in Special Coverage Award categories.
Times of India won bronze award under Best in Print Award category (Circulation above 500,000 copies).Living Media India Ltd's India Today bagged bronze award under Best in Design Award under Magazine Overall Design category.
