Patna :After launching Orissa edition , The Telegraph , Calcutta on Wednesday launched Patna edition.
The newspaper had launched its Orissa edition on June 28 this year.
While the normal edition of The Telegraph will be priced at rupees four, weekend Telegraph will cost rupees five in Patna.
"The Telegraph is largest circulated English daily in eastern India. Orissa and Patna editions have been launched to penetrate audiences of these important states," Dhruv Mukherjee,Associate Vice President, The Telegraph said.
As regards the future plans of The Telegraph Mr Mukherjee said that the daily has a big say in its present market which will help expand the publication in the new areas.
