Thu, 22 Jul 2010 19:48:00

West Bengal's largest read English daily The Telegraph recently broke the one state myth after a decade by launching Orissa edition.

While the normal Orissa edition will be priced at rupees three , weekend edition will cost rupees five. ABP group hopes the edition will help its move to expand in eastern parts of the country.

"We will not compromise with the content of our newspaper and will offer a complete package to the readers," Dhruv Mukherjee, Associate Vice President, The Telegraph said.

Mr Mukherjee said that The Telegraph will launch more editions in near future and will penetrate in eastern India where there are English readers.
