NDTV Ethnic has announced the appointment of Paroma Sen as the Head of Marketing. Paroma comes with over 13 years of experience in product/brand marketing and digital marketing, having spent 12 years in the US.
As the Head Marketing at Indianroots.com, Paroma will strategize and conceptualize innovatively to cater to the domestic and international markets.

Paroma formerly headed Digital Marketing at Karbonn Mobiles and IndiaHomes.com, a real estate firm serving customers through e-commerce.Paroma returned to India in 2013 and spent one year in the philanthropy domain, working with LGT Venture Philanthropy’s portfolio organizations in New Delhi. Paroma has an MBA from Berkeley (Haas), MA (Advertising) from UT Austin and MS (Computer Engineering) from UT Austin.
