New Delhi: After successfully connecting with audience in Telugu and Bengali less than a year back, National Geographic Channel will now connect with the over 72 million Tamil speaking community across Tamil Nadu. The announcement was made at the press conference organized at Raintree Hotel where Tamil superstar Shriya Saran launched the channel in the native language of Tamil Nadu.
National Geographic Channel through the 24 hour Tamil feed of its fast paced, youthful and edgy programming will showcase their award winning properties across science, technology, history, culture, nature and wildlife. As a part of the aggressive regional strategy of the channel, Nat Geo is now present in Bengali, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi apart from English.
