Additionally, Matthew Della Croce, deputy general manager of the firm’s New York City office, has been named general manager of that office.
“MWW Group’s leadership team is stronger and the depth and breadth of our expertise greater than at any point in our 23-year history,” said Michael W. In her role as Director of Consumer Lifestyle Marketing at MWW Group, Blate has led many of the agencies most prominent consumer marketing engagements, including its work for Samsung, Nikon, McDonalds and Bank of America. Blate specializes in helping consumer-facing organizations achieve bottom-line business objectives by focusing on audience-specific communications to create critical mass for their brands.

Rose specializes in corporate reputation management, crisis communications, corporate social responsibility and financial transactions. His work on behalf of MWW Group clients has ranged from developing an industry-leading environmental responsibility initiative for Samsung and serving as crisis communications counsel for JetBlue, to managing external communications around executive transitions, CSR initiatives and multi-billion dollar acquisitions for Sun Microsystems.
Della Croce joined MWW Group in 2008 as a senior vice president and deputy general manager of the New York City office, bringing 18-years experience supporting major global brands, including JPMorgan Chase, ExxonMobil and UPS, and managing large communications team.
