MagicBricks.com has beaten all its competitors by huge margins, across all ComScore’s parameters of total number of Unique Visitors, Pageviews, total Time Spent on a site, Average Time Spent by each visitor and Reach.

ComScore Media Metrix monitors the online activities of individuals within a universe defined as those aged 15+ who have accessed the internet from either a home or a work computer in the past 30 days. The Extended Universe is estimated by comScore at close to 35.6 lac consumers in India, who accessed the internet last month.

The results speak for themselves and show that, over the assessed period, MagicBricks.com had 23% more Unique Visitors, than the No. 2 – IndiaProperty.com.

MagicBricks.com also clocked 72% more pageviews than IndiaProperty.com and 62% above 99acres.com. MagicBricks.com users also find greater value on MagicBricks.com as they spent 49% more time in total on MagicBricks.com than any other property portal.

Each individual visitor averaged 21% more time on MagicBricks.com, than the others and the portal reaches 23% more users than IndiaProperty.com and 158% more users than 99acres.com
