New Delhi: The new content section, Property Pulse, not only sports a new design but also builds in wider as well as deeper coverage of the real estate markets in India. The newly designed content section has been restructured to make information easily accessible and relevant.

Incorporating the insights gathered from user feedback and studying usage behavior, the new tab-based navigation of the content section has been enhanced with several new features including –

This section will host real estate news and articles printed from Economic Times, Times of India, and the different city editions of the Real Estate Supplement – Times Property. Aggregating content from such diverse group properties makes this section rich in relevant content. Experts answer queries on a daily basis ranging from buying, selling and renting issues. This category has the option to view all previous property related questions and also post any property related queries to the experts.

This allows the user to see the capital values of apartments or plots and rental values of various localities in the city. The latest property trends across major cities in the country can be tracked here for comparison.

Users gain insights into Tax Planning. Read the latest reports, news, and impact analysis of new rules and regulations.

Latest news or updates can be tracked by entering an email address under the RSS Feeds category. When you subscribe to a feed, it is added to the Common Feed List, which then sends the user updated information about the specified topic.

The Search Widget gives users the option to look for property, new projects & agents in their preferred city and locality. Other details like bedrooms, budget, type of property and size can also be entered in the widget. This directs the user to a list of relevant search results.

Buyers can also search using the ‘Looking for Property?’ section. This allows you to see the developers that have projects in a specific city, which can then direct the user to the project details of the developer for any more details.
