Lintas Media Group has won the highest amount of new business in 2008, according to a report compiled by an senior independent pitch consultant for a leading trade website. Lintas Media Group was successful in not only retaining existing clients such as Sony India but was also won new businesses, totally worth Rs 483 crores, a staggering 21% of overall New Business Movements estimated to Rs 2300 crores.
Some of the new clients include Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Tata Capital Jindal Stainless Steel, Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic, Business Standard, Stovekraft, Wockhardt Hospitals, Asian Health and Nutri Foods, Jyothy Laboratories, Manappuram Group, Orchid Hotels, Jockey, Allied Blenders, Luxor Parker, Allahabad Bank and Delhi Police. Businesses like Geodesic made way to the Group along with its partnership with Pinstorm.

The Group also took various new path-breaking initiatives this year including restructuring of the organisation on the lines of Client or Regional Collectives and Collaborative ensuring effective and efficient services to clients. The Group also introduced pay-for-performance model in partnership with Pinstorm where the agency pays for the media and the creative – and the advertisers just pay for results. The Group has planned various more initiatives with Pinstorm in the coming year.
