K.I.L.B. Campaign wins ABBY

At the Goafest 2009 Abby awards which concluded last weekend, Aegon Religare LifeInsurance’s debut campaign K.I.L.B. (Kum Insurance Lene Ki Bimari) was awarded the Bronze for Best Integrated Campaign in the Financial Services category.There were no gold or silver announced in this category, making Aegon ReligareLife Insurance the only company in this category to win an award.

Integrated Campaign takes into account the creative developed across TV, Print, Internet and Outdoor. This award is special since the KILB work has been regarded as the best in the year 2008 not only in life insurance category but across the entire financial services space, which includes Banking, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Consumer Finance etc. Abby awards are the biggest advertising awards in India and are celebrated annually to honour cutting edge and creative pieces of work.

The KILB campaign was also nominated in the Best Use of Media Mix. The campaign was amongst the top 9 campaigns in this category, selected from 417 campaigns for the year 2008.
