JWT India won the creative mandate of Whyte & Mackay. The business would be conducted out of the agency’s office in Bengaluru and they would now be handling the entire portfolio of Whyte & Mackay.
The mandate was won after a multi-agency pitch.
Rajesh Gangwani, branch head, JWT Bengaluru said, “We won this business because of our understanding of the luxury space and its requirements. We already handle the luxury brand portfolio of Black Dog Whiskey (UB brand). Our strategy is linked to the core idea of the differentiator of the brand. It was also based on our BTL activation work as this category faces restrictions in terms of advertising.”
“We can’t talk much about our plans for the brand as we have just started discussions with the client,” added Gangwani.
