Integrid Media, a diversified media company which provides sales and solutions across multiple media verticals like TV, OOH, Events, Activation and Digital , has announced that it is restructuring its digital division.

Integrid is hiving off its Digital Business in three verticals, i.e. Sales, Solutions and Content Destinations. Sales business of Integrid, which constitutes representation of Ybrant family networks – Medios One and Oridian and premium sites like Jetairways and Jetlite, will now be conducted under the brand “MaXXper” and will be headed by Harish Kanchan.
“Ad networks are increasingly becoming important in online media mix; they offer an excellent platform for brands to engage their consumers effectively. Our partnership with Oridian gives us access to some of the most premium websites and most advanced optimization tools. This restructuring will allow us to put greater focus on the Networks part of the business and our aim is to achieve greater efficiencies and customer delight” says Harish Kanchan, Head of Sales MaXXper.
Solutions business will now be conducted under the Brand “Integrid Digital Solutions (IDS)” and will be headed by Harkirat Singh who joins Integrid from Zenith Optimedia.

Integrid owns and operates YQWORLD.COM, a portal dedicated to career guidance. The portal business of Integrid would now be conducted under “Integrid Destinations” and will be headed by Kunal Dhingra.
“Our intention is to create meaningful online destinations; with YQ world we have created a platform for students to get relevant information about courses, institutes and career. We are in the process of launching more destinations with a clear focus on creating destinations that will act as direct sales channel for our advertisers” says Kunal Dhingra, Head of Integrid Destinations.
