Heineken as part of its latest global campaign ‘The Voyage’ is looking to offer an ultimate celestial experience to two lucky explorers from India – a chance to become ‘Legendary Travellers’ and explore the wonders of space through hands-on training at the NASA Space Centre in Houston (USA).
Heineken is looking for legendary travellers from India, to live the Heineken experience by undergoing the training for the ultimate journey to space. The attempt is to hunt for a brave heart that is passionate, bold, inventive and resourceful. The initiative is an extension of the brand’s global campaign THE VOYAGE and is part of Heineken’s activation in the Indian sub-continent.
To participate, consumers have to buy specially designed ‘Legendary Travellers Wanted’ beer packs (3x650ml or 6x330ml) of Heineken available at select stores or at promotions conducted at select bars and lounges.
The game first tests your navigation skills through an voyage, ending up in the consumer winning exclusive Heineken travel merchandize. Candidates will be shortlisted from here and invited to take on some challenging tasks, in a quest for the ultimate prize.
Commenting on this exciting initiative, Samar Singh Sheikhawat, Senior Vice President Marketing, United Breweries Limited, said “Creativity, spontaneity and wit are core values of Heineken®, best encapsulated in the brand’s tagline open your world.
The ‘Legendary Travellers Wanted’ initiative captures these values completely. This campaign will run on both online and offline platforms. We expect it to give Heineken a salience boost, and connect with young consumers on their quest for the ultimate travel destination – SPACE.”
