Hamdard launches corporate Ad Campaign

To commemorate the 100 years of the ‘Hamdard’ brand, Hamdard (Wakf) Laboratories, one of India’s largest Health & Wellness Company, has unveiled its first-ever corporate ad campaign. The company has also introduced a new tagline “Celebrating 100 years of service to life”.

Both the corporate ad campaign and the tagline captures the ethos of Hamdard as an institution that has healed, cared and contributed immensely to the nation through the 100 years of its existence in the areas of medicine, education, healthcare and literature. JWT Kolkata is the creative agency behind the ad campaign.

Arshad Siddiqui, Chief Marketing officer – Hamdard (Wakf) Laboratories said, “At Hamdard we have always believed that we are in business to serve humanity. We believe that people are the lifeline of the nation and healthy people go a long way in creating a healthy nation. Our centenary year ad campaign effectively captures the emotion we feel for our nation”.

Commenting on the thought process behind the campaign, Raji Ramaswamy, Senior VP and General Manager, JWT Kolkata explained, “Hamdard brands have always been household names. We have all grown with brands like Rooh Afza, Safi, Cinkara and Roghan Badam Shirin. These products have been far more powerful than the corporate brand itself, because these brands are star brands. Today, not many are aware of Hamdard’s contribution in nation building .Hence, what Hamdard needed was a campaign which could help us showcase the caring side of the brand at large to the people
