A team of former senior Reed executives have announced the launch of iTEN Media Pvt Ltd, a diversified media company. The new company aims to provide business information products & services across multiple & integrated media platforms.
Launched in April this year, a public announcement of its launch was made today. Based in New Delhi with a pan-Indian presence; ITEN Media is founded by former Reed executives, Abhishek Bhatnagar, Rajeev Bansal & Sharat Mishra.
Abhishek an entrepreneur & former Project Head at Reed Exhibitions’ India operations has close to 10 years of hands on & rich international experience in P&L business management, new product development, launches & acquisitions, networking & building strategic alliances with government, trade and allied agencies across a spectrum of industries and markets. He is teaming up with Rajeev Bansal, who has more than 14 years of prolific operational and management experience in B2B Exhibitions business in India & across the world. Rajeev is one of the known experts in large scale trade show operations in the country. He was previously with Reed Exhibitions as Organising Director, where he spearheaded overall delivery of their projects. Sharat Mishra, the third co-founder has 15 years of expertise in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand & Portfolio management; he was previously with Reed where he was spearheading the marketing function across the hugely successful Energy & Aluminium portfolios.
To start with ITEN Media will have three key businesses covering the following trade mediums: Trade Shows & Conferences, Trade Publications and Trade Portals.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bhatnagar said “In addition to our B2B product lines, ITEN Media would also provide Turnkey Project Management, Consulting & Outsourced Sales and Marketing services to Governments, Trade Associations & International Organisers both in Indian & across the world.”

With the official launch of the company today, iTEN Media today also announced the launch of their first project, Delhi International Jewellery Show (DIJS ’09), an international trade show on Gems & Jewellery sector scheduled to be held from 10-13th Dec, 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

At the moment iTEN Media is funding the current projects through internal accruals but in future will raise funds through private sources.
