The hunt for Fun jock has finally reached its peak, where the Hyderabad Cityzens will witness the finale of Navulla Don- Season 2, the first of its kind reality hunt for India’s most hilarious and wittiest RJ organized by Hyderabad’s own Radio City 91.1 FM.
Out to regale Hyderabad’s Cityzens with the best of humour, Radio City 91.1FM shortlisted Jahangir, Chandrasekhar, Shashank, Raju, and Satish from amidst thousands of entries. The shortlisted finalists will get a chance to host the show ‘Namaste Anna’ from 7 – 11am with RJ Vamsee from July 13 – 17, 2009 where the listeners can vote for the favourite contestant on-air by sending sms RCHYD <Short code for finalist> to 57007.
Radio City 91.1FM’s Navulla Don is a hunt for the wittiest Telugu Radio Jockey who can rock Hyderabad with his sense of humour! Since June 20, the station was buzzing with excitement and laughter with hoards of aspirants participating through city-wide auditions. As a part of the finale, these five contenders will be given a once in a lifetime opportunity to create laughter sessions for the Radio cityzens of Hyderabad on July 18, 2009 at Prasad Mall from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm. The finale will be judged by 3 celebrities – Famous Tollywood comedian Babu Mohan, RJ Vamsee and Asif, the winner of Navulla Don – 1 and the results will be declared based on the on-air votes that each one has received and the score of the judges. The winner of Radio City’s ‘Navulla Don- Season 2’ stands to win himself an opportunity to be a part of Hyderabad’s Radio City 91.1FM’s family and go on-air.
