Malaysia : Draftfcb Malaysia has been named ‘Creative Agency of the Year’ in the country’s annual CREAM Awards.
Conducted among 700+ Malaysian marketing executives, the poll examined creative agencies on a series of measurements including creative strength, business expertise, account and business orientation, strategic planning abilities, integrated communications capabilities and quality of talent.
The CREAM Awards (Client Relationships and Experiences of Ad agencies in Malaysia) were run for the third year and its outcomes are based on research by respected measurement company TNS Research International.
As well as identifying Malaysia’s best-performing agencies, the TNS data also showed that Malaysian agencies had significantly improved their year-on-year performance in the eyes of clients, a factor directly related to the impact of the financial crisis and the need for agencies to demonstrate return on investment for clients.
