Mexico City : Riccardo Ferraris, Chairman of Grey Latin America, today announced that Claudia Martinez has been promoted to President and CEO of Grey Group Mexico
Claudia Martinez joined Grey in 1992 and has risen through the ranks to serve as Vice President of Client Services and General Manager of Grey Mexico since 2009.
“Claudia brings dynamism, passion and a track record of success to her new post,” Riccardo Ferraris said. “She has been instrumental in crafting our strategic vision, driving creativity and delivering famous and effective brand communications across channels.”
Ms. Martinez’ experience spans global, regional and local clients. She has successfully managed a host of Procter & Gamble brands and lent her leadership to Hasbro, Gerber, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Gatorade, Hinds and ING among others.
Most recently Grey Mexico has achieved significant growth winning important assignments from Heineken, Herbalife, Coca Cola, Mead Johnson, FIAT and Procter & Gamble.
Claudia Martinez began her career at Ogilvy working on Unilever, Kraft General Foods and Philips. A graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana, she holds a degree in Advertising Communications.
She succeeds Steve Stroud, a twenty-year Grey and G2 veteran, who has spent the last seven years at Grey Group Mexico and served with distinction as President and CEO since 2009. He will take on a new role with the group.
