Chicago Tribune Partners Dow Jones to Print Midwest Edition of Wall Street Journal, Barron's

Chicago Tribune, the leading media company in the Chicago area, and Dow Jones & Co. today announced a joint agreement to print the daily and weekend Wall Street Journal newspaper editions and Barron’s weekly newspaper in the Midwest region.

The agreement expands upon Chicago Tribune’s existing distribution relationship with Dow Jones.

“We’re thrilled to be growing our business relationship with Dow Jones & Company,” said Becky Brubaker, senior vice president of manufacturing and distribution for the Chicago Tribune. “This printing partnership is a logical next step in strengthening our role as the premier printer and distributor in the area, and it allows Chicago Tribune to optimize utilization of its printing facility.”
