Bloomberg Television to air the return of Singapore Sessions

Hong Kong : Beginning tomorrow, April 18th at 10pm SGT/BST/EDT, Bloomberg Television presents the return of “Singapore Sessions,” a special two-part series airing globally on the network that features discussions amongst renowned global business leaders on challenges facing Asia and the world today.

“Singapore Sessions,” hosted by Bloomberg Television anchor Betty Liu in partnership with the Singapore Economic Development Board and the Ministry of Manpower, is a one-hour thought leadership forum where experts from diverse backgrounds focus on tomorrow’s business challenges to answer the question: “What’s next?”

The first session, airing on April 18th at 10pm SGT/BST/EDT, addresses the challenge: “How should companies re-tool their talent strategies for Asia?”, and features Peter Cappelli, George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; Linda A. Hill, Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School; Neil Howe, founding partner and president of LifeCourse Associates and Jay M. Margolis, former president and CEO of Apparel Group.

The second session, airing on May 16th at 10pm HKT/BST/EDT, will discuss: “Made in the West doesn’t always work in Asia. So how do you best target Asian markets?” and features sessionists Richard Dickson, president and CEO of Branded Businesses at The Jones Group Inc.; Richard L. Gelfond, CEO of IMAX Corporation; Anil K. Gupta, Michael Dingman Chair in Global Strategy & Entrepreneurship of the Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland at College Park and Frank Lavin, global CEO of Export Now.
