New Delhi: 92.7 BIG FM has roped in RJ Avinash as the co-host of the evening show at its Delhi station. Currently being hosted by RJ Saakshi, the duo will work together to up the entertainment quotient for listeners during the primetime show airing between 5pm and 9pm on weekdays.
Introduced on the show through a unique on-air teaser, RJ Avinash was positioned as a Punjabi tutor supporting RJ Saakshi on her journey to learn the language.
According to RAM Data for Week 50 2012 to Week 1 2013, 59% of audiences who tune-in for the evening show are predominantly youth aged 12-34yrs. With the 5pm to 9pm being an extremely competitive spot, the unique entry of two RJs and their fun-filled banter is bound to make for engaging and entertaining content for young listeners. Having taken on a retro positioning with the tagline ‘Hit The Hit Rahenge’ in 2011, 92.7 BIG FM’s Delhi Station has constantly innovated to present different content that would appeal to its listeners.
