BIG 92.7 FM, has aced again in the Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) findings. Within just one & half years of launch, BIG FM living true to its name, has made a BIG impact in the radio industry! The station has clearly proved to be the No. 1 choice of listeners, in the city of Bangalore, across all parameters – including Reach, Market Share and TARP (Target Audience Rating Points).
As per the latest RAM data (4 week average ending 31st July’08), BIG 92.7 FM delivers ‘reach’ of over 1.35 crore listeners cumulatively in the 4 metros – Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.
RAM, a joint venture between market research firm IMRD international and Neilson Media Research is currently operational in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and now in Kolkata. Their services will be extended to Chennai and Hyderabad subsequently. RAM data has come at a time when the industry needs it the most with the emergence of new stations and categories and the radio industry reaching new heights.
