BIG 92.7 FM has joined hands with India’s leading insurance Company – Bajaj Allianz to organise an innovative contest – ‘Challenge The RJ’ across 45 BIG FM stations in India. This campaign will give an opportunity to the children to challenge the current BIG FM RJs with their wits and spontaneity. On 14 November, 3 – 4 children, who will be shortlisted through the contest, will co-host the shows with the BG FM RJs.
In line with Bajaj Allianz’s proposition of nurturing a child’s dream, the contest promises to bring the dreams alive on radio. Through this contest, the children will also get an opportunity to air their dreams and aspirations. The show on Children’s day will be skewed towards more fun & entertainment with each of them being renamed as: Big Chai will be renamed BIG Milkshake, followed by BIG Tiffin Box and BIG Snacks.
The contest has been divided into following phases:
Phase 1: From 1st Nov to 7th Nov promos would be played inviting entries to be selected for the Challenge the RJ. Promos of 5-6 different RJs will be challenged by kids, to target different shows through the day.
Phase 2: From 2nd Nov to 13th Nov entries will be entertained for the contest and will be screened for the final show on the 14th Nov. Through the day branded capsules of children on air trying to speak like an RJ will be played.
Phase 3: On 14th Nov will be the final day of the contest when the finalists will compeer the shows along with the regular BIG FM RJs. There will be 5-6 kids through the day who will co-host the show.
