BharatMatrimony, the world’s most successful matrimony website, became the first Indian matrimony brand to hit 100,000 fans and is today among the most active Indian brands on social media outlets including Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

BharatMatrimony is also one of the very few Indian brands that creates on a regular basis original video content for YouTube users and is active on Twitter where its two accounts have more than 25,000 followers. Its sister brand, IndiaProperty, is also active on Facebook and has a community of 25,000 fans, making it the most popular real estate portal on Facebook.

In the last few months, BharatMatrimony has seen more than a 100% growth every month. On reaching 100,000 fans, BharatMatrimony rolled out a slogan-writing contest and launched a Facebook jigsaw application.

BharatMatrimony has plans to further strengthen its presence on social media outlets and is looking at more than one million engaged fans on Facebook and over 100,000 followers on Twitter within the next few months.
