BBC to air final episode of Changing Fortunes on March 10

The final episode of Changing Fortunes on 10th March, 2013, Explores how to be wealthy is to be mobile. And with so many international high-net-worth individuals now able to move around the globe at will, certain destinations are proving a magnet. These individuals are becoming more and more transient, drawn to global megacities such as London and New York. This episode analyses the attraction of London, still the number one city for the itinerant mega-rich, and its up-and-coming rivals such as Miami.

Jeff Greene – began investing in real estate while in business school, and from being a mere busboy at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, went on to build a billion dollar real estate business.

Cristiano Piquet – the Brazilian racing driver went on to form Piquet Group, a property and wealth management company for wealthy South Americans who want Real Estate in Miami with the lifestyle to match.

Abdi Rashid Duaale – the British Somali entrepreneur is the CEO of Dahabshiil, an international funds transfer company that provides financial services to international organisations like the UN as well as to businesses and money transfer services for private individuals.

Zhu Mingming – began his career selling accessories for bicycles before taking advantage of China’s opening up to build a successful trading company. These days Mingming owns the highly successful Chinese budget hotel chain 99Inn, restaurants in Shanghai and Paris and now bases himself and his family in Knightsbridge, London.
