Mumbai :Bajaj Allianz today announced the launch of its innovative ‘Tax Campaign’ in 30 cities simultaneously across the country. Based on the premise – “Meet-Save-Smile”, a Hi-tech Van branded as Tax Emergency Van will travel across the cities to disseminate information on tax planning. The hi-tech van equipped with all the resources for solving tax related queries on the spot, Bajaj Allianz intends to reach out to as many people in the country to help them resolve tax related issues and create awareness about the urgency of tax planning. This is the first ever 360o activation campaign for Tax planning by an Insurance company.

We decided to engage and help them not only to save their taxes but also customize it to their needs by having a dedicated tax consultant, whereby they can decide the best possible life or health insurance policy then and there itself. So it is a kind of ‘meet-save-smile’ approach to tax planning. To do this we have a hi-tech van with LCDs, tax consultants and our own staff to take them through the entire process or advice and purchase. “
The most hi-tech – ‘Tax Emergency Van’ would travel in key catchment areas of the cities in order to create awareness and help people to save taxes through Bajaj Allianz policies. One can save up to Rs. 30,900 (u/s 80C, 80CCC @ 30.90% of investment up to Rs. 1,00,000/-) + Rs. 10,815 (u/s 80D @30.90% of investment up to Rs.35,000). The van would be fabricated to look like an ambulance so as to magnify the importance and urgency of tax planning. A total of 4 vans would be employed for the simultaneous road shows across the country. As the van enters a city it will be reinforced by various activities like games, contests leaflet distribution, one to one interaction with the local populace and much more. Each van will have approx 10 people comprising of 1- MC, 2- Promoters, 1- Supervisor, 2- Bajaj Allianz Tax Consultants / 1 SM and 5 Super agent equipped to offer solutions to all your tax related queries.

The 360o activation campaign includes radio activities in the city where the vans are present, apart from reaching out to 60 companies and around 30 malls within the country.
