AMO Communications has once again made its mark in the emerging media space by picking up three awards in the “Eager to Innovate” competition by Mid-Day.
The contest aimed at finding the best unreleased work in advertising agencies. The winning entries were “Warped Mike” for Star After Mint (Art: Hiren Desai, Copy: Bob D’Silva; “Members Crossing” for Gold’s Gym (Art: Tabish Shaikh, Copy: Ganapathy R.); and “Needle eye” for Shivam Optics (Art: Suneel K, Copy: Jayant Savant).
Commenting on this achievement, Elvis Dias, MD, AMO, said, “AMO has proven yet again that it is a hot house of ideas. We will continue to set new benchmarks for creativity. Congratulating Bob and the team has become a routine task by now.”
AMO’s National Creative Director, Bob D’Silva, finds himself in the thick of things creative directing and even writing one of the ads. Bob adds, “This is the third award show where we have walked away with all the top honors. I am pleased to note that AMO is fast becoming one the most sought after creative agencies to work with and for.”
The Eager to Innovate campaign took the form of a contest that invited submissions for creative ads to a Mid-Day jury. All the winning ads are being released before December 31, 2008.
