Following a multi-agency pitch, AMO Communications (a Percept Hakuhodo Company), Delhi has been assigned the creative duties for Mobell Mobile Handset Business (brand partnered with Salora International Ltd. in India) The multi agency pitch process began two months ago and many leading agencies vied for the same business. The account will be handled out of AMO’s Delhi office.
“The client at this point of time was looking at a consumer relevant change in the brand positioning in order to achieve penetration in key markets. Our strategic thinking and creative execution matched the client’s requirement, which helped us clinch the business,” said Elvis Dias, Managing Director, AMO.
The agency has already identified a creative team who have the required expertise in the telecom, mobility and consumer durable space coupled with a strong understanding of the category. “The first thing we plan to do now is to dig our heels deeper into this complex and dynamic market in order to arrive at a long term inter-communication plan,” added Elvis Dias.
