With a view to launch a new campaign in 2010 adidas India is on the prowl for a creaqtive partner for which it has invited a multi agency pitch.
The grapevine has it that the pitch took place last week and involved three agencies namely TBWAIndia, Contract Advertising and Lowe Lintas as well. The sports brand is looking forward to creating a buzz as ICC World Cup 2010 is coming up.
The media partner on the business is Carat India, and Iris is the retail marketing partner for adidas.
adidas roped in Sania Mirza as its global brand ambassador in 2007 and also had superstars like David Beckham, Kaka, Lionel Messi, Zinedine Zidane, Sachin Tendulkar and Ricky Ponting prior to her.
