Manila : In the short space of two years, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi has secured the most coveted Agency of the Year title – CB Asia Philippines Agency of the Year. The title is judged literally by the top advertising people in the world – the juries of the International and Regional Award shows – Cannes, One Show, D&AD, London International, Ad-Fest and Spikes.
To win this title, not only did the agency beat all the Philippine agencies (BBDO Guerrero, DM9, TBWA, JWT and Leo Burnett) to the title, but it also came from the lowest possible position in the Campaign Brief Philippine creative rankings to do it.
In 2008 in the Philippines, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi was ranked 0 – with 0 points.
In 2009 in the Philippines, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi was ranked 5 – with 68 points
In 2010 in the Philippines, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi ranked Number 1 – with 490 points!
But the achievements don’t stop there.
The 490 points lifted Ace Saatchi & Saatchi into Campaign Brief’s Top 20 Agencies in Asia – ranking number 18. This is the highest any Philippine agency has ever come in the Campaign Brief Asia rankings, in the country’s history.
And as a result they scored the biggest increase in the rankings of any Asian agency for 2010. In 2009 in Asia, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi was ranked 98. In 2010, they ranked 18 – a huge jump of 80 places.
