Delegate registrations are now open for the 1 st Eurobest Advertising Festival . The 3-day event will take place 1 – 3 December 2008 at the Berns Salonger in Stockholm, Sweden.
After 20 years as Europe’s leading advertising awards, Eurobest will this year inaugurate as a European Advertising Festival. Held in co-operation with The Advertising Association of Sweden, The Eurobest Advertising Festival will offer a 3-day programme themed to identify and engage specific topics that are relevant to the European market. Already confirmed as speakers across the comprehensive and wide-ranging seminar programme are, Matias Palm-Jensen, Creative President of the Swedish agency Farfar; Rémi Babinet, Chief Creative Officer of Euro RSCG Worldwide; Jonathan Mildenhall, VP Global Marketing Strategy and Creative Communications of Coca-Cola and David Droga, Creative Chairman of Droga5.
The registration package includes access to the full Festival programme of forums and interactive sessions, exhibitions and screenings of all the competing work, as well as admittance to the Eurobest Awards Ceremony and the after-show party honouring and celebrating the best advertising that Europe has to offer across all platforms.
As well as a 3-day delegate registration, also available is a Young Creatives package for the under 25s, enabling the creatives of the future to participate in this unique experience. The launch of the Eurobest Advertising Festival will offer creative inspiration, an extraordinary learning experience and a unique networking opportunity.
Eurobest, currently the largest creative awards in Europe, attracted over 5,300 entries from 37 European countries at the 2007 edition and has led the way by being the first awards to pioneer the first online digital advertising awards ceremony five years ago, which engaged over 30,000 visits last year.
